What we DON'T do (and why this protects your bill)
- No water plumbing — taps, fittings, pipe replacement require licensed 水喉匠. We refer you to a licensed plumber if needed.
- No mystery surcharges — pricing on this page is what you pay. After-hours surcharge is HKD 200 for residential, HKD 300-500 for commercial pre-disclosed.
- No "while we're here" upsells — if we find a separate issue, we photo it + quote you separately. You decide whether to authorize.
- No long-term contracts you can't exit — monthly contracts are month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30-day notice.
FEHD compliance + hygiene rating
HK FEHD inspections increasingly check grease-trap maintenance frequency. Our photo documentation at each visit covers:
- Before / after grease level measurement
- Date + time stamp
- Equipment used (pump model + capacity)
- Disposal compliance (where the grease went — licensed waste handler reference)
This is the documentation FEHD inspectors look for. It also serves as defensible record if hygiene rating is ever questioned.
