You get the price in writing on WhatsApp before anyone is dispatched — HKD 200 inspection + HKD 800+ work fee. No "$700 on the phone → huge invoice at your door." What we say is what you pay.
不成功不收費 on the work fee
If the blockage can't be cleared on-site, you pay only the HKD 200 inspection — not the work fee, no "callout charge", no "labour for trying". Zero.
On-site re-test before we leave · 完工前現場測試
We run the water and confirm it flows in front of you before the job is called done. You see it work, not just hear "it's fixed".
