For severe blockages needing heavy-duty equipment — high-pressure machine (HKD 2,300–2,800) or mechanical reaming (HKD 3,800+) — we quote on-site after inspection, and only use them when a standard auger can't clear the line. Pipe leaks, burst pipes and water heaters are outside our scope; we'll tell you honestly and point you to a licensed 水喉匠.

Do I need to speak Cantonese?
No. The whole conversation — quote, explanation, arrival time, and the after-job summary — is handled in English over WhatsApp.
How much will it cost?
HKD 200 inspection + HKD 800+ work fee, both quoted in writing before we dispatch. If we can't clear it, you pay only the HKD 200 inspection. Complex jobs are quoted on-site after inspection — never silently added to the bill.
How fast can someone come?
~5-minute WhatsApp reply target during business hours (07:00–23:00) and ~2-hour arrival is typical — it's a typical, not a guaranteed SLA, since it depends on the on-shift operator's routing. Night calls (11pm–6am) are +HKD 200 and usually take longer.
